About us
Community Alarm is a 24-hour 365 day per year service providing call handling, equipment and physical response for the 5000 people connected to our service. The service is available to anyone, of any age in Milton Keynes who would like to feel safer or more independent at home. This could include disabled and frail people, and people who are at risk of falls, domestic violence or recently discharged from hospital. People who need our help will press the red button on their alarm to be put straight through to us.

We’re a small and friendly team made up of Care and Response Officers and Shift Managers and we’re seeking kind, compassionate and composed people to join our team and help local residents when they need us most.
