You'll play a crucial role in assisting individuals and families facing housing crises, working to find sustainable solutions and prevent homelessness before it occurs.

Do I have the right skills and experience?

While we’re ideally seeking applicants with experience in similar housing or homelessness roles, we’re open to applications from people who have no previous experience, but are looking to develop their career. Some experience and skills you may have include:

Experience of working with vulnerable groups.

Able to share how you’ve identified problems and developed solutions.

Can negotiate confidently.

Supportive, patient, and determined.
